I conduct sessions both in person at my office and remotely via telehealth. My office is located at 3929 24th Street, between Noe and Sanchez Streets, in the Noe Valley neighborhood of San Francisco. I'm a block and a half away from the J-Church Muni line and the 24 bus line, and a 15 minute walk from the 24th St Mission BART stop.

Before beginning treatment, we'll find a time to speak briefly on the phone so that you may tell me what it is you'd like to work on and I can answer any basic questions. Our first in-person meeting will be a consultation session that will give you more time to tell me about what you're hoping to work on, to ask questions, and for us to mutually decide if we're a good fit.
